Yoga's combination of mindful breathing and movement helps children learn how to be more aware of their bodies, and teaches them a variety of new and interesting ways they can move and interact with the world. Our children today are coping with kinds of stress our parents never encountered: Yoga helps. Yoga also illuminates the link between breath and emotion, a wonderful life-skill that serves our children well as they learn to live in harmony with each other and our shared environment.
