After I was injured in a serious car accident, I came to yoga to help heal my body from the trauma. I had no idea it would grow into a daily practice. The effects went well beyond the physical. While my body was feeling stronger than ever, my posture had improved and my pain had resolved. But something else happened. Something I didn't expect. I was calmer. I was more patient. I was engaged in the magic of the world.
